The thirteenth issue of Tiro is now out with 11 new articles on professional reporting and transcription! The themes of this issue range from the different audiences of professional reports to universal reporting, reporting non-verbal elements, user-centered speech-to-text interpreting, and reporting services to people who are hard of hearing. The issue also covers AI-supported reporting in Austrian and Flemish parliaments, the development of reporting workflows in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, Canada, and the impact of AI on the linguistic and editorial choices in Portuguese parliamentary reporting.

In addition, this issue includes a report from the seminar of the Commonwealth Hansard Reporters Association and a book review on an academic volume on official transcripts.
